The Apollo International Hotel offers a variety of conference rooms to suit your style of event.

Choose from the Apollo Room which can be split into two separate areas for smaller events, the Lambton Room or the James White Room.

Room Features

All venues include complimentary WiFi, adjustable air conditioning, adjustable lighting, white board, flipchart and screen as standard equipment. Specialty equipment can be hired and changes may apply. Venues also include access to outdoor areas and window with natural light and bushland views.

Abundant complimentary parking is available, including under-cover parking. There are a variety of venues which cater for small breakfast meetings to larger seminars and a comprehensive selection of catering options is available.

Ladies and gents toilets are located on both the reception level (adjacent to the James White room) and on the lower floor where the Apollo and Lambton conference rooms are located.
